Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only (no returns/refunds).

You are eligible for an exchange in the following cases:

  • Genuine manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact us on Whatsapp or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Provide an unboxing video (mandatory) showing the package being opened and the product condition

Important Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned within 7 business days

  • Exchange will be processed within 48–72 hours after we receive the product

What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Minor weave irregularities (these are not considered defects)

  • Slight colour variations due to lighting/photography

  • Natural fading or loss of colour over time

  • Damage caused by improper washing or care

  • Items purchased on discount or sale

Care & Maintenance

Please follow the care instructions mentioned on the garment label.

Alterations

Need alterations? We’ve got you covered.

  • Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your requirements

  • We will share the courier address

  • Once we receive your unused garment, we will customise it as requested

Note: Courier charges for sending the product are to be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
